What is a fiduciary advisor?FAQ What is a fiduciary advisor? A fiduciary advisor is a financial professional who is legally obligated to act in the best interests of their clients. They must prioritize their clients' financial goals and needs above their own interests or those of their company. This means they must provide unbiased advice and recommend products and services that are suitable for their clients' individual situations. Fiduciary advisors are held to a higher standard of care than non-fiduciary advisors, who may have conflicts of interest that could influence their recommendations. At Finwell, we believe in the importance of fiduciary responsibility and always act in our clients' best interests.
